Letters to Yourself is a calm, 90-minute live online writing ritual designed to help you release the year you have lived with compassion, and step into the year ahead with clarity, steadiness, and intention.
This is a space to reflect without being fixed, and to feel without being rushed.
What we will do together
In a quiet, shared space, you will be gently guided through three private reflections. Nothing is forced, and everything is optional. You are welcome to write, draw, doodle, speak quietly to yourself, or simply listen.
The three letters are:
A letter of compassion
To the person you were in 2025.A letter of truth
To acknowledge what you learned, what you lost, and what you are ready to leave behind.A letter of hope
To the person you are becoming in 2026.
These letters are for you alone and there is no expectation to share.
A safe and private container
This is a trauma-informed space, to protect privacy and emotional safety, this session is not recorded.
You are invited to show up exactly as you are, with no pressure to perform, explain, or speak. What happens in the room stays in the room.
Who this is for
This session is for anyone who feels the pull to mark the turning of the year in a way that is personal, quiet, and meaningful.
It is especially suited to those who:
feel emotionally full rather than broken
are tired of striving and over-effort
